The I Have Foundation has been registered as an official charity in the TCS Toronto Waterfront marathon on October 19th and 20th.
We are excited to create a team and take part in this wonderful opportunity to both have fun and fundraise for the IHR Foundation. Last year, we passed out water to runners, but this year we decided to fully participate.
John Ditz, our charity co-founder will be running in person and is our team captain. There are many opportunities to join our team, you can do a full marathon, or even sign up as a virtual runner to do 5k. If you would like to join us by running, walking or by using your wheelchair, we celebrate all achievement by participating together as a team. All are welcome to achieve 5k anytime throughout the month of October.
If you would like to sign up to join the I Have Resolve Foundation team and join John, please click or copy the link below.

We could not be more thrilled for the clients of the D.A Center at 28th Avenue Homes in Vernon, B.C.
Erika Braham, the HR Manager at 28th Avenue Homes was delighted to deliver a Cricut machine to them earlier this week.
Erika, a Board Director of the I Have Resolve Foundation was happy to share the enthusiasm over our donation. Joyce, (pictured here with Erika) expressed excitement over the many crafting possibilities to come.
We look forward to seeing the results of the creativity and crafting ahead, it all sounds like so much fun!

We are gearing up for Field Day!
We cannot express our appreciation enough for the donation received from Keter Canada in Milton. Keter invited us to their facility to pick out an assortment of storage bins. We have quite a selection of size and colour - and can’t wait to share these gifts with you!
We would like to add how grateful we are for the community support we are receiving. We look forward to sharing news of our additional donations in an upcoming post. Thank you to so many who are helping us create a wonderful day of fun.
Also, we are beginning to purchase games, and yes, we have the parachute that is shown in our picture!
Make sure to check out our Field Day information and register today!

We have been happy to show Sandra our support, as her work is critical to inclusion and belonging for everyone.
We look forward to sharing more as we learn about Sandra’s upcoming fall program.

We are sure that many of you have heard of the Starfish story. It is one of our favourites.
Recently, we created an Impact Report for the I Have Resolve Foundation, we ended with this story.
Throughout our journey, we have shared this story so many times. Believing that it beautifully depicts how it is always the accumulation of many small actions that lead to change. This message drives us, keeping us cognizant of working to “make a difference for that one”
Thank you to Anne Marie Taber for creating such a nice presentation of our Impact Report. Please see our website at www.ihaveresolve.com if you would like to see our full version.
We are a very small charity in a world full of problems, but we are “working to make a difference for that one”.
Sharing a gift for your day.

Love this story, and the work that you are doing. Making a difference for one at a time, makes a collective change.
We have another piece of news to share...
Welcome Kathryn O’Connor, CPC to the I Have Resolve Foundation board.
Kathryn carries a depth of knowledge from the not for profit sector, is passionate about equity and inclusion, and is an accomplished leader. Thank you for bringing your voice to our table.
In June, we added 4 new members to our Foundation board. In case you missed it, we also announced Cameron O’Connor a few weeks ago (no relation to Kathryn). We look forward to sharing our whole team together in the very near future.
Welcome Kathryn!
