We are proud to support the incredible work of George Bray Sports Association.
We are grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside them in creating inclusive spaces where everyone can play, connect, and belong.Last weekend, Michelle Ryan, one of our board members had the pleasure of attending the I Have Resolve Foundation 2nd Annual Gala. On behalf of the George Bray Sports Association, Michelle accepted a very generous donation to our league. We are so grateful to the I Have Resolve foundation for their unwavering support over the past few years. A huge GBSA THANK YOU to everyone at the foundation.
The I Have Resolve Foundation is committed to advancing disability inclusion by raising awareness, providing education, and delivering meaningful support. They work to ensure that regardless of differences, everyone has the opportunity to live, learn, play, and thrive together. I encourage everyone to check out their website (ihaveresolve.com/) and Facebook pages for more information about who they are and what they do for our communities to promote and increase inclusion.
They do incredible work!

We are incredibly grateful to Harrison Pensa LLP for their support and for sharing our story.
Connection and inclusion were at the heart of our 2nd Annual Gala, and it is because of community partners like this that we are able to continue creating meaningful, inclusive opportunities for children and youth with disabilities.
Together, we are building stronger, more inclusive communities—one school, one program, and one connection at a time.Connection and inclusion were at the heart of the 2nd Annual I Have Resolve Foundation Gala in St. Thomas.
Jennine Germond-Ditz and John Ditz established IHRF in 2013 after the loss of their son, Jason (20), to Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The foundation tackles the issue of isolation among young people who have disabilities by helping schools create more inclusive spaces through adaptive equipment and programming to ensure no child is left out.
The impact is already tangible. IHRF has supported 10 local schools, with plans to reach 27 schools annually for three years across St. Thomas, London, Elgin County and Southwestern Ontario supported in part by a significant commitment from the Sifton Properties Family Foundation.
IHRF also supports other causes that champion for inclusion, including:
• Dreams Come True Music Studio inclusive opportunities musical theatre group
• George Bray Sports Association opportunities for children and youth who have learning, emotional or social disabilities to play hockey
• Our Place Respite Inc. day program for adults with disabilities
Harrison Pensa’s St. Thomas lawyers are pleased to support this important work. It’s an effort that is building stronger, more inclusive school communities one project at a time.
